Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes standard cakes and any custom cakes before additional design charges. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
Custom Design Charges: If you upload a design or request a custom element, we will follow up with a separate quote. You will be charged an additional amount only if you approve the custom design. This additional charge is also non-refundable once paid.
2. Order Pickup
- Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location.
- We currently do not offer delivery services.
- Failure to pick up an order on time may result in spoilage, and Dolce By Jery is not responsible for items not collected.
3. Custom Orders and Design Changes
- Custom cake pricing is determined by cake size, design complexity, and any additional details.
- If a customer uploads a design for customization, we will follow up with a quote for the additional charge.
- A full base cake payment is required to confirm all custom orders. Remaining customer order payment is due within 2 days of receiving the customer order quote.
- If you need to request changes to your order (flavor, size, pickup time), please contact us within 72 hours of your scheduled pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible once preparation begins.
4. Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
5. Product Condition and Concerns
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon pickup. If there is a concern about the condition or quality of the item, it must be reported immediately at the time of pickup. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the product has left our premises.
6. Missed Pickups
We do not offer refunds for missed pickups. Cakes are made fresh for your scheduled time, and we cannot resell or remake them without a new order.
