How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing your order at least 1–2 weeks in advance. For larger or more complex designs, 3–4 weeks is ideal.

Do you deliver?

We currently offer pickup only. The exact pickup location is shared after your order is confirmed.

Can I provide my own design?

Absolutely! Upload a reference image or PDF when placing your order. Additional design charges may apply depending on complexity.

When do I pay?

No payment upfront. Once we review your request and confirm we can take it on, we'll send you a Stripe invoice. Payment confirms your order.
