Payment information: If your order request is accepted, you will receive a Stripe invoice. All payment processing is handled directly and securely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card number or full payment details at any point.

Automatically collected data: We may collect standard web analytics data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited to help improve our website. This data does not identify you personally.

Uploaded design files: If you upload a custom design reference, that file is stored securely in Vercel Blob storage and accessed only by Dolce By Jery staff to process your order.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and respond to your order requests
• Send order confirmation, invoice, and status update emails
• Communicate with you about availability, design details, and pickup
• Improve our website and ordering experience
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Order Request & Invoice Flow

Our ordering process works as follows: you submit an order request — no payment is collected at this stage. We review your request and, if we are able to fulfill it, we send you a Stripe invoice via email. Payment is only collected when you choose to pay that invoice. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we notify you by email and no charges are ever made.

All invoicing and payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you pay a Stripe invoice, your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate our business:

• Stripe — payment invoicing and processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, invoices, status updates)
• Vercel — website hosting and file storage
• Neon — secure database storage for order records

Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.

6. Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations — typically no longer than 3 years. Uploaded design files may be deleted upon request after your order is complete.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database storage, and restricted access controls. Only authorized Dolce By Jery staff can access order data through a password-protected admin dashboard. No payment card data is stored on our servers at any time.

Our website uses only essential cookies necessary for the site to function (such as admin session authentication). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
